Andorra Telecom's firm commitment to the continuous improvement of management, processes and activities has led the company to obtain several certifications in recent years.

In 2020, the development of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) was integrated into the company's strategy. The Sustainability Committee was created with the aim of promoting them and evolving towards internal cultural change

Certifications of quality, environment, occupational risk prevention and information security were also renewed.

The ISO 9001:2015 standard, the highest benchmark in terms of quality, evaluates the continuous improvement across the entire organization while ensuring satisfaction with the service through the customer experience.

In terms of the environment standard - ISO 14001:2015 - we obtained recertification thanks to all the activities carried out, with a 50% reduction in internal paper consumption in the last year.

On occupational risk prevention, we evolved from the OSHAS 18001 standard to ISO 45001:2018. The renewal is evidence of the company's clear intention to continue working to improve its employees' well-being and the System's orientation towards the healthy company model.

We once again obtained the information security management certification, based on the ISO 27001:2013 standard, which guarantees that the policies implemented ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability and traceability of information.

We have applied for the Ibero-American Foundation for Quality Management (Fundibeq) Award for excellence in business management (link to the Ibero-American award), in which Andorra Telecom won the silver prize. With this result, Andorra Telecom demonstrates its commitment to being a leader in management excellence.
